Finger weg!

FISSION URANIUM TO ACQUIRE 12% OF ATHABASCA BASIN PROJECT GENERATOR-FISSION 3.0 CORP

    http://fissionuranium.mwnewsro…re-fcu-201502110991670001

Interessante Aktion.

"Another Three Holes Encounter Anomalous Results on Far East of PLS Property
Significant anomalous radioactivity intersected by:Hole PLS14-260 (104A EM conductor)
    Holes PLS14-262 and PLS14-284 (105A EM conductor)
PLS14-262 and PLS14-284 are approximately 14m and 25m respectively from hole PLS14-255 (105A EM Conductor), which recently intersected anomalous radioactivity of up to 2532 cps.
Holes are located near the Fission 3.0/Brades Clearwater West project, approximately 17km south east of the main PLS discovery"

  • News: Fission Hits Off-Scale on Land, 555m West of Triple R

    http://fissionuranium.mwnewsro…sx-fcu-201503010994594001

KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - March 1, 2015) - FISSION URANIUM CORP. ("Fission" or "the Company") (TSX:FCU)(OTCQX:FCUUF (FRANKFURT:2FU) is pleased to announce results from hole PLS15-343 and the discovery of new high-grade at the R600W zone at its PLS property, host to the Triple R deposit, in Canada's Athabasca Basin region. Located on line 615W, 555m west of the R00E zone of the Triple R deposit, and 10m south of hole PLS13-124, the land-based hole returned 9.31m of >10,000 cps radioactivity over a 65.5m mineralized interval, including a continuous 8.85m mineralized interval of >10,000 cps radioactivity with peaks up to 52,900 cps at shallow depth. Due to technical problems, the hole was terminated at 368m in moderately altered semi-pelitic gneiss. A down-hole gamma log survey was able to be completed to 129.7m before being terminated within a strongly mineralized interval.

Ross McElroy, President, COO, and Chief Geologist for Fission, commented,
"This is an absolutely tremendous result that gives us
high grade mineralization over half a kilometer west of Triple R
deposit, which is wide open in all directions. It immediately puts the
R600W zone into an elite class, hosting significant high-grade uranium
mineralization, similar to that seen in the Triple R deposit to the
    east." ....

  • News von heute: Fission Step Out Holes Hit High Grades; Expand Zone at R600W

    http://fissionuranium.mwnewsro…sx-fcu-201503180997448001

KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - March 18, 2015) - FISSION URANIUM CORP. (TSX:FCU)(OTCQX:FCUUF)(FRANKFURT:2FU) ("Fission" or "the Company") is pleased to announce results from four angled holes drilled at the R600W zone - over half a kilometer west of its Triple R deposit at PLS, in Canada's Athabasca Basin region. All four angled holes, PLS15-346, PLS15-352, PLS15-360 and PLS15-364 are mineralized. Of particular note are step out holes PLS15-352 (line 615W) and PLS15-360 (line 630W), both strongly mineralized, with considerable high-grade, near surface mineralization. Recent drilling has expanded the R600W zone strike length to 45m, representing an increase of 50%.Drilling Highlights Include:

Strike length of mineralized trend discovered on the PL-3B conductor, which hosts the Triple R deposit, R600W and R1620E zones, increased to 2.25km
Step out holes, shallow depth mineralization hosted in basement rock
Hole PLS15-364 (line 630W) 45.5m total composite mineralization over a 61.0m section (between 107.0m - 168.0m) including: 6.44m total composite mineralization of (>10,000 cps) radioactivity

located 570m west of the Triple R deposit

Fission Expands Footprint and High-Grade Core at R780E With Multiple Step Out Holes
Triple R's 780E Zone Increased Laterally, Vertically and On-Strike With Step Out Drilling

    http://fissionuranium.mwnewsro…ccc-9c11-a1514e8532e9.pdf

    KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - March 23, 2015)
FISSION URANIUM CORP. (TSX:FCU)(OTCQX:FCUUF)(FRANKFURT:2FU) ("Fission" or "the Company") is pleased to announce results from nineteen holes drilled at the R780E zone of its Triple R deposit at PLS, in Canada's Athabasca Basin region. Seventeen of the nineteen angled holes are mineralized, while 2 holes intersected narrow and weakly anomalous radioactivity. Of particular note is hole PLS15-368 (line 480E), which intercepted 8.98m total composite >10,000 cps radioactivity with peaks up to 65,500 cps in a 57.0m zone of mineralization. Importantly, PLS15-368, drilled 20m down-dip of PLS15-299 adds a high-grade dimension to the significant mineralized lateral width added by holes PLS15-299 and PLS15-311 (see News Release Jan 26, 2015 and February 10, 2015 respectively). In addition, through extensive step-out drilling, the boundaries of the R780E Zone have been increased on multiple lines along strike to the east, vertically (both up and down dip) and laterally north and south. As a result of the success and speed of drilling, the winter exploration budget will expand by $3M adding approximately 28 holes.

Ross McElroy, President, COO, and Chief Geologist for Fission, commented, "This latest round of drill results, which includes a large number of step-out holes, represents a big step forward in the continued growth of the Triple R's R780E zone. In addition to expanding the overall footprint of the zone, we have successfully targeted the on-strike extension of the high-grade domain west of line 495E. As shown by the model used for the Triple R resource estimate we released in January, 2015, each high-grade hole makes a significant impact on the size of the deposit, so continued extension of this high-grade core is a top priority."

    Drilling Highlights Include:

R780E Zone high-grade core expanded to the west on line 480E (PLS15-368)
Sixteen holes intersected significant mineralization outside of the boundaries used to define the resource estimate (see News Release January 09, 2015)
Hole PLS15-368 (line 480E) 79.5m total composite mineralization over a 162.5m section (between 66.5m - 229.0m) including: 8.98m total composite mineralization of >10,000 cps radioactivit
Hole PLS15-325 (line 720E) 47.0m total composite mineralization over a 86.0m section (between 138.0m - 224.0m) including: 1.80m total composite mineralization of >10,000 cps radioactivity

Step-out drilling has expanded the Triple R Deposit's R780E Zone footprint vertically, laterally to the north and south and along strike to the east:
    East (on Strike): 90m (line 1245E) 30m (line 1185E)
    North: 60m (line 870E) 10m (line 9990E) 6m (line 975E)
    South: 10m (line 705E)
    Vertical (up-dip): 20m (line 855E) 30m (line 870E) 60m (line 1020E) 40m (line 1050E) 40m (line 1080E) 10m (line 1110E)
    Vertical (down-dip) 40m (line 720E) 70m (line 750E) 50m (line 855E) 20m (line 990E)

Winter Program Expansion: As a result of highly positive drill results, together with drilling speed and efficiency and favorable winter conditions, the winter exploration budget is being expanded by an additional $3M. This equates to approximately 6,270m (28 holes) of additional drilling for a total of 26,500m in 91 holes. The additional meters will be used to test high-priority areas within the R780E Zone where specific step-out targeting of the high-grade domain is prospective. Additional drilling is also planned to further test the recent discovery of high-grade mineralization at the R600W zone, located 555m on strike to the west of the Triple R deposit. .....

(Jens Erhardt)

Fission Step Out Hits High Grade 30m North of R600W Among 15/15 Mineralized Holes at R600W, R780E and R1620E Zones
New parallel Zone Intersected North of Main R600W

KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - March 31, 2015) - FISSION URANIUM CORP. (TSX:FCU)(OTCQX:FCUUF)(FRANKFURT:2FU) ("Fission" or "the Company") is pleased to announce results from fifteen angled holes drilled on the R600W, R00E, R780E and R1620E zones at its PLS property, in Canada's
Athabasca Basin region. Of particular importance, not only has the footprint of zone R600W grown but hole PLS15-372 (line 585W) has intercepted a new high-grade interval approximately 30m grid north of R600W. The R600W zone is a top priority for further drilling. Drilling has also resulted in expansion of the footprint on the, R780E and R1620E zones. Of additional importance, two holes (PLS15-328 and PLS15-356) encountered mineralization on line 150E, located in the 225m gap separating R00E from R780E.

    Drilling Highlights Include:
New High-Grade Interval Discovered 30m north of the R600W main zone (PLS15-372)
    Expansion of Three Zones:
R600W Main Zone has doubled from pre-2015 strike length to 60m. Lateral width has increased, presently up to 30m
    R780E High-Grade Core has expanded on several lines (315E, 435E, 480E, 870E)
R1620E Mineralization Footprint has increased to 45m strike length with PLS15-357 (line 1575E)
Gap between R00E zone and R780E zone: mineralization has been intersected on line 150E at Triple R deposit (PLS15-328 and PLS15-356)
Substantial high-grade intercepts in eight holes, including:
    Hole PLS15-369 (line 870E) - zone R780E
    78.0m total composite mineralization over a 281.5m section (between 76.0m - 357.5m) including:
5.24m total composite mineralization of >10,000 cps radioactivity
    Hole PLS15-375 (line 480E) - zone R780E
    59.5m total composite mineralization over a 134.0m section (between 75.5m - 209.5m) including:
5.08m total composite mineralization of >10,000 cps radioactivity
    Hole PLS15-367 (line 645W) - zone R600W
    56.0m mineralized interval (between 98.0m - 154.0m) including:
4.00m total composite mineralization of >10,000 cps radioactivity

Ross McElroy, President, COO, and Chief Geologist for Fission, commented,
"PLS continues to impress and surprise us, for example with the results at R600W.Not only is the main high-grade zone growing, but the intersection
in PLS15-356 of a new, possibly parallel, high-grade interval 30m to the north is a validation that R600W is host to a very considerable amount of strong uranium mineralization. We are also extremely pleased with the continued expansion of high-grade mineralization in the R780E zone and the eastward expansion of the R1620E zone. ...

The Transaction will require shareholder approval from two thirds of the votes cast by the holders of Fission common shares, plus any majority of the minority approvals of Fission Shareholders that may be required by Multilateral Instrument 61-101 and approval of 50% plus 1 of the votes cast by the Denison shareholders at shareholder meetings to be held to consider the proposed Transaction. Denison shareholders will also be asked to approve a 2-for-1 share consolidation that will take place immediately following the closing of the Transaction and a name change to "Denison Energy Corp." The share consolidation and the name change will require shareholder approval from two thirds of the votes cast by the holders of Denison common shares. The parties expect to execute a definitive Arrangement Agreement ("Arrangement Agreement") on or before July 27, 2015. If the parties do not enter into the Arrangement Agreement, the Transaction will proceed on and be subject to the terms set out in the Binding Agreement.

Dann wäre man heute wesentlich besser dran.)

    ...
